Sales Executive
* Location: Coventry, CV1, United Kingdom (Office-based)
* Annual Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (plus up to 25% bonus annually)
I am currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a successful organisation in Coventry, to play a crucial role in sourcing, pitching, and consulting with companies for prestigious exhibitions. This role includes exciting opportunities for domestic and international travel to competitor exhibitions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager, including call rates and diary entries.
* Manage credit control to ensure clients meet their payment commitments.
* Handle floorplan management and provide post-sales service and account management to clients.
* Identify competitors and balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments as necessary.
* Maintain the database with effective data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in an exhibition or events context.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong fluency in English (both spoken and written).
* Experience in both phone-based and face-to-face selling.
* Ability to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for approximately 4 days per trip to locations such as Dubai, Nigeria, Italy, Germany, India, and more.
