Sous Chef position available in a luxury hotel near Falmouth.
Your Role:
In the absence of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Ensuring that company and statutory food, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are always maintained. You will also ensure the appropriate management, supervision, and training of the kitchen brigade.
The Purpose of the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will uphold the food vision of the Head Chef, ensuring the delivery of consistently exceptional food for a unique customer experience through detailed execution of the recipes and maintaining sourcing strategies and relationships with all key suppliers.
Salary: Around £35,000 per annum, plus service charge.
