This is a new role to sit in the HR Team, an outstanding opportunity for someone to build a HAVAC training function that will be delivered to the business and external providers.
The opportunity:
1. Determine and assess the organisation's training and employee development needs.
2. Create training materials and programmes to support new product launches.
3. Work with HR to ensure training objectives are met.
4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the HAVAC training programmes.
5. Keep up to date with trends in the market.
6. Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements.
7. Build relationships with external training suppliers.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
1. Designed and developed training courses.
2. A HAVAC Engineer qualification.
3. A track record of Management Development.
4. Confident presentation skills.
5. Creative thinking.
