Requirements We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience and a proven track record in selling sponsorship, driving revenue and developing successful client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at both rights holders and brands. Key responsibilities include: Working on behalf of a variety of clients to drive sponsorship sales. Proactively building the sales pipeline through strategic market analysis. Outbound sales outreach through multi-channel engagements. Converting early funnel opportunities into qualified sales opportunities. Managing pitches, proposals and negotiations to convert opportunities into sales. Attending commercial and networking events to represent the company and increase awareness of Red Tiger Marketing amongst prospective clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing, content, and technology initiatives. Leveraging market insights and performance data to guide decision-making and refine sales strategies. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with a track record of high performance. Ability to communicate with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, confidently representing the Red Tiger Marketing brand. Relevant experience in proactive sales, ideally within a sports sales environment and/or with high profile clients. Problem-solving, proactive, and consultative approach to meeting clients’ needs. Ability to present complicated options clearly and effectively both over the phone and in-person. Ability to function well in a dynamic environment, source own sales leads, and multitask effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and a professional phone manner.
