NX Teamwear products maintain the standards of quality and service which has made The Masuri Group a hugely successful manufacturer, supplier and international brand leader. The Role NX Teamwear, via our NXT-Sports.com platform, provide sports clubs around the United Kingdom with a simple fast solution for their club kit requirements. We create online shops for clubs so that their members can shop fast, for premium customised teamwear. What You’ll Do You will be part of a high-performance team that is driving growth of our exciting sports clothing platform. You’ll sign new accounts, manage the onboarding process, and provide best-in-class servicing. You will deal with and overcome challenges by becoming an industry expert enabling you to speak with existing and prospective customers with authority about the solutions that will work best for them. You will use our well maintained CRM system tapping into the already established pipeline of opportunities to offer the NXT-Sports.com solution into the market by bringing on a number of new clubs each month. You’ll be offering new product updates, upselling, cross selling and making sure we are offering the very best solution for each of our customer’s needs. This will involve opening new channels and growing existing channels to bring new accounts onto the NXT-Sports.com platform. You will have the full support of the wider team of employees across The Masuri Group. You will agree KPIs with your Manager for high growth. You will respond quickly and energetically to new incoming enquiries. You will make calls and prospect for new accounts using data in our CRM system. You will grow your client base with creative ideas with the support of your team leader. In General You will be an energetic person with a desire to provide a solution that you believe in to as many customers as possible. Previous experience in a sales environment is essential Who You Are? You have at least 1 years' sales experience and a strong desire to be a part of an exciting growth story. Have a genuine passion for cricket and knowledge of the game. Passion for customer service - the desire to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer service is paramount You are entrepreneurial, sales and solutions driven, and have a passion for selling things you believe in. Experience of managing your day making outreach attempts including calls, emails, social direct messages, plus sending out offers, closing deals, and servicing existing accounts. You are comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator. You are succinct and influential, through copy, face-to-face conversations, over the phone and within your own team. You are a creative and ambitious thinker who is always looking outside of the box. You’re ambitious and want to progress your career. Driving Licence required. Must be able to work in the United Kingdom.
