We are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Executive to work in our busy sales department.
The role would involve:
1. Identify and qualify potential new customers across a broad range of industries.
2. Contact current and potential new accounts via telephone, email, and social media.
3. Identify client needs and special requirements and propose solutions and quotations.
4. Hand over call reports to sales manager for further evaluation.
5. Manage and track all opportunities.
6. Ensure customer retention through relationship skills and eventual field visits by external sales team.
7. Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers.
8. Maximise business opportunities, whilst following the sales process.
9. Liaison with other company departments.
10. Maintain the highest level of customer care.
