The Sushi Chef is responsible for overseeing quality of seafood products as well as inspecting all supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure company standards. The Sushi Chef creates and develops unique food offerings that provide our guests with a variety of selections of top-quality cuisine that represents the SUSHISAMBA brand. As a Sushi Chef we would love you to have: - Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef de Partie or higher. - Experience working with a similar cuisine - Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn - Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards - Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team - Full ownership in your role Your Restaurant: SUSHI SAMBA celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru.
