Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing organisation based in Swindon. The role will be working flexibly (hybrid 3 days in the office), partly in Swindon, partly remote with occasional travel.
Managing a recruitment team of 3, there will be plenty of opportunity to add value in this ever-changing organisation which has recently gone through a restructure and acquisition. This is an exciting period of change for the company, both in terms of culture and structure, with lots of opportunities to make a difference.
Reporting initially into the inspiring and values-driven Head of HR Services, there are some interesting projects on the agenda to enable you to really make your mark.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day management and leadership of the Talent Acquisition Partners.
2. Create a positive and powerful employer brand which better attracts top talent.
3. Responsible for all recruitment activity across the multiple UK locations and Head Office.
4. Manage the recruitment PSL and agency relationships.
5. Contribute to Group D&I initiatives across the Group from a resourcing perspective.
6. Manage the ATS, working closely with the HR Systems Manager.
7. Manage new site openings and high-volume recruitment projects.
8. Work effectively and negotiate with third-party suppliers.
9. Contribute & deliver recruitment compliance-led projects & legislative changes.
10. Manage the Careers site and associated content.
11. Lead & develop the Recruitment team.
12. Responsible for management & compliance of contractors in line with IR35 legislation.
13. Responsible for all recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Person Specification
1. Ideally, someone experienced in leading an internal recruitment team in a fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing environment.
2. Previous experience in a Hospitality/Retail/FMCG/multi-site/customer services/high-volume type industry preferred.
3. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a large-scale/fast-paced organisation.
4. Superb people management skills with the passion to support and develop an in-house recruitment team.
5. Able to evidence effective use of social media and strong direct sourcing knowledge.
6. Strong project management and transformational change experience.
7. Demonstrable experience in developing & delivering talent acquisition strategies.
8. Commercially astute with a proven track record in adding value and continuous improvements.
9. Must be able to multi-task and effectively juggle conflicting priorities and demanding deadlines.
