Industry leading events and training company is looking to hire a super talented and highly driven Senior Account Manager to join their highly successful sales team selling bespoke training solutions to clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

The Role :
* Managing client accounts, logging communications accurately and in detail via CRM.
* Identifying and applying bid / funding opportunities.
* Experience with bid writing desired but not essential.
* Grow feedback and recorded testimonials with past and future clients.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts from both the public and private sector.
* Creating new and growing existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities.
* Establishing new sales territories for our organisation and growing existing ones.
* Liaising with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relations.
Profile of Candidate :
* 3 years + in b2b sales, ideally from a key account manager position.
* Strong new business and account management capabilities.
* Degree educated ideally.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Successful track record achieving revenue targets.
* Someone with a consultative sales approach is a necessity here.
Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
