The Opportunity
A newly created role within the Commercial Team, as a Sales Administrator at BetterYou, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales department. This is a varied position that requires an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What will you get up to?
* Raise and process purchase orders and update budget trackers for multinational and international
* Liaise with the distribution team on any non-compliance/claims, ensuring timely response to the customer and keep internal tracking up to date
* Work with the distribution team on quarterly on time and in full reporting for national retailers
* Maintain and update product information database, ensuring all product data is accurate and up to date
* Complete new lines forms for new product development launching into retailers
* Work with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure all retailer websites have up to date imagery and product information
* Work with the international sales team on managing artwork briefs for international packaging and liaising with the marketing/design team on deadlines
* Work with the international sales team and supply chain on product reworks including briefs, checking packaging and assisting on stock level maintenance
* Assist with marketing briefs as required
* Process requests for product samples, whether for meetings or sent direct to retailers
Who do we need?
* Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the health and wellness industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience of Sage 200 desirable
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Experience at building strong relationships with colleagues and external customers
