Our innovative intranet solutions are helping organisations across the globe streamline internal communications, boost employee engagement, and optimise productivity through our robust SAAS software platform. We serve diverse industries, providing them with customisable, secure, and scalable intranet solutions that drive collaboration and efficiency.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our intranet business by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure a seamless sales process from initial outreach to post-sale support. We are seeking a motivated and organised person who is looking for the opportunity to flourish in a digital role and has a good understanding of the modern technology landscape but we are not looking for programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and inbound leads.
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets for the intranet platform and work closely with the LumApps marketing and lead generation teams.
* Present product demonstrations and lead technical discussions to align client needs with the platform’s capabilities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, HR, and operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in technical sales, preferably in SaaS, intranet platforms, or other enterprise software solutions would be beneficial however not essential as full training will be provided.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a friendly small team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic salary £25k OTE £35/40k +
