GH Engage specialise in the recruitment of professionals within the facilities management, M&E, and main contracting sectors. We have established PSL agreements with a diverse client base including end[1]users, service providers, developers, major building contractors and reputable M&E contractors. Industries covered include commercial, education, data, healthcare, retail, transport, mixed-use and residential sectors. We generate a steady stream of live vacancies, meaning that we are able to offer our candidates a diverse range of opportunities, enabling them to find the right role at the right organisation. Key responsibilities include: • Leading a senior team across all specialist sectors, including talent acquisition, and conducting performance management, staff training and development, and one-on-one coaching and mentoring, additionally providing support to junior team members and new starters. • Acting as a champion for business development, generating both new client connections and enhancing existing relationships at both a desk and strategic level. • Promoting a positive and productive working environment. • Increasing the contract book by developing growth strategies in the Temp market. • Working in collaboration with the managing director to develop business growth and success, including involvement in executive decisions and strategic planning. • Running a personal desk within a specialised sector, engaging with your client base, building and maintaining relationships, and managing vacancies throughout the full lifecycle. • Sourcing and screening skilled candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and our existing database. • Ensuring all relevant compliance paperwork is completed including candidate references, ID checks, certifications etc. • Producing detailed and impactful CVs that generate interview requests. • Providing a consultative, personalised, and value-added service to candidates ensuring that they are prepared effectively for interview. • Managing both candidate and client expectations, negotiating at offer stage, and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties. • Co-ordinating with HR and Accounts on all relevant matters. The ideal candidate will: • Have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience (preferably within construction but other industries will be considered). • Have a desire to perform a people management role. • Proven ability to meet and exceed financial targets. • Possess a positive and productive mind-set, with the ability to work with autonomy when required. • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Have the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of candidates and clients. • Have the ability to conceptualise, design, plan and implement strategic growth initiatives across candidate attraction, business development, and client value-added services. • Display a consultative, professional and collaborative approach.
