The Job Role
* The Senior Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 5 with support from the wider business when busy.
* Full management of the onsite Gastro Pub serving stable pub classics and specials.
* Senior Sous Chef to manage the kitchen compliance and orders, reporting into the Executive Chef on site.
Requirements
* A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub.
* The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality kitchen.
* A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods.
* The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
