Humberside Engineering Training Association HETA is a rapidly expanding Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres in Hull, Stallingborough and Scunthorpe. HETA provide training to Level 3 & 4 engineering apprentices, higher education and upskilling courses for over 300 of our client companies. HETA are proud to work with some of the biggest names in engineering and manufacturing, working together we support the growth of engineering training locally, regionally and nationally.
An exciting role has become available in our Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Executive. The purpose of the role is to strengthen the customer facing function in the West Yorkshire area by securing new sales opportunities as well as growing our client base in the area by building and maintaining excellent working relationships.
The role includes but is not limited to:
* To deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of HETA products and services
* To achieve agreed personal sales targets across the range of HETA products and services
* Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes
* Maintain regular, effective and timely interventions with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM
* Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets
* Develop business proposals for prospects and customers
* Carry out sales meetings with prospects and customers
* Gather and share intelligence to support the strategic and operational planning of HETA
The post holder will be expected to work closely with the wider management team to ensure HETA always works cohesively as a ‘whole organisation’.
The post holder will work remotely covering the West Yorkshire area, however a driving licence with access to own transport is required as travelling to HETA training centres will be required.
