Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Develop, implement and evaluate employee development plans and programs to support organisational needs such as competency development, maangement development, talent management, succession planning technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. Monitor employee development and training programs, assess needs, develop new programs and modify existing programs. Deliver internal learning and development programs. Evaluate effectiveness of all learning and devlopment activites and, where necessary modify the programs to ensure that needs are fully met. Ensure apprentice programs are properly managed. Manage Educational Assistance applications. Co-ordinate and participate in all onbarding activites. Lead all aspects of the talent managment life cycle Qualifications: CIPD Qualified to level five or above. Expereience operating in a learning and development, genberalist Human Resource role in a manufacturing / engineering environment is preferable. Good coaching, negotiation and mediation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. A passion for learning and development. Highly motivated with a contiunuos improvement mindset.
