Hotel Meudon is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Develop and implement menus that showcase locally sourced ingredients and reflect the latest culinary trends Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food preparation, and presentation Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage services Maintain a strong focus on cost control and profitability Responsibilty for kitchen budget delivery of budgeted Gross Profit and payroll costs. To create and maintain supplier relationships to be able to deliver successful food cost percentages in line with budget. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure Valid Food Safety certification Ability to cost menus and deliever successful GP targets Be budget orinatated focusing on KPI delivery
