Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating innovative dishes. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels.
Ensure consistency and quality of dishes served.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
