About You
We are looking for a proactive, driven, and motivated sales professional to join our fast-moving team. You will be dynamic, charismatic, entrepreneurial, and with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Acting as a first point of contact for prospective clients and customers, you will thrive on consistently delivering exceptional levels of client care while meeting and exceeding expectations for diligent, timely, and results-orientated sales conversions. You will care passionately about sustainability and technology innovation in the food service and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for dynamic and proactive business development and sales in a fast-moving sector. Responsibilities will include:
· Generating new leads and identifying new business opportunities within the UK market, via prospecting, network development, cold calling, and developing and converting inbound and outbound leads.
· Developing, managing, and executing strategies to follow up on pre-existing sales pipeline leads, with a direct emphasis on maximising conversions across all sectors.
· Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth within B2C, B2B, Leisure, education & HoReCa sectors, capturing market share.
· Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities or challenges, and adapting and executing sales strategies appropriately.
· Contributing to the execution of sales strategies tailored to the UK market while ensuring alignment with Bluewater Group’s global objectives.
· Developing and nurturing strong, long-term and purpose-drive relationships and partnerships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Providing effective after-sales support, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and problem resolution.
· Working closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, coordinating customer installations and providing comprehensive aftercare.
· Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and insights to UK senior management and sales team leadership.
· Updating and maintaining our CRM platform with detailed client interactions, pipeline status, and overall account management.
· Attending networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build Bluewater presence and engagement.
· Analysing current and historical sales data to assess effectiveness and opportunities for future expansion and growth.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
· A proven track record in sales, ideally within a B2B & B2C environment.
· A demonstrated history of successfully collaborating with high value, national accounts and premium brands.
· Minimum 5 years of direct sales related experience.

· Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small, fast-paced team.
· Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
· Proven expertise in contract negotiation, delivering high-value sales pitches, and successfully closing and converting deals.
· Exceptional capability in relationship management and customer service.
Desirable Experience
· Previous experience in hospitality or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / foodservice sector is an advantage.
· Familiarity with the industry of water purification or similar markets.
· An extensive network of high value contacts that can seamlessly be engaged for immediate sales opportunities.
· Beyond English, working proficiency in one or more additional European languages is desirable and beneficial
