2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

Inside IR35,
Band 6 role - £162 per day
We’re looking for an immediately available and experienced Service Desk Analyst to work on a 3-month inside IR35 contract providing 2nd line support to a large NHS user base, both on the phone and desk side.
Experience needed:
1. Hardware skills (building Dell, HP, Lenovo laptops, mobile phones, some AV)
2. Strong knowledge of Active Directory
3. Microsoft Office 365 – base applications knowledge plus Teams, Sharepoint, Intune.
4. Excellent end-user experience
5. Excellent stakeholder/user relationship skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This role is 5 days per week onsite in London so you must be comfortable with and able to commit to these working arrangements.
