You would be joining Art Yard Bar & Kitchen, part of Bankside Hotel. Art Yard Bar & Kitchen is an informal design-focused all-day restaurant serving seasonal and fresh dishes.
This role will be divided as 45 hours over 5 days.
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can assist our Executive Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and managing supplies, as well as supervising the kitchen and chefs.

4. Experience working on different sections in high-quality restaurants
