In this role, you will need to have a can-do attitude with a desire to flourish in a quickly expanding company.
You will be accountable for delivering personal sales targets and contributing to a successful sales team by sourcing new leads and reacting to multiple sales channels to ensure maximum conversion. A focus on building commercial sales will be the priority.
You will be proactive in your approach; sourcing new opportunities from across the UK, generating leads, attending site visits and cold calling customers. You will collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a first-class end-to-end sales experience for all our customers and clients.
This role will be partially field-based, therefore you will be required to travel around the UK up to 50% of the time. A car and valid driving licence will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure commercial sales targets are met and exceeded.
2. Delivery of personal KPIs set out, selling our own brand products and maximising profit margins.
3. Research and identify new commercial business opportunities including; new customers, growth areas, partnerships and new ways of reaching existing markets.
4. Self-source new business by identifying opportunities, generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
5. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and demonstrate/present new products.
6. Foster and develop positive relationships with customers/clients; build and maintain a client network.
7. Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the products and services we offer and price points.
8. Manage all administration and processes of the sales process from lead generation to sales closure.
9. Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate across UK/Europe.

* Base salary £27,000 with an uncapped bonus system (based on sales) with achievable earnings of £40k (and beyond!).
