Job Description One of our most exclusive clients, a luxury 5-star hotel located in Hertfordshire, is looking for a talented Banqueting Head Chef to inspire and lead their banqueting kitchen. As the Banqueting Head Chef, you will guide your team of 7 to success in creating a variety of delicious dishes for all manner of events. From business conferences to more intimate affairs such as weddings and family get-togethers. You will have experience working in large-scale 4 or 5-star hotels catering for 500 guests.
