* As a 1st Line Support Analyst, we are looking for individuals with experience in the following areas:
* Proficiency in Windows 11
* Familiarity with Office 365
* Skills in setting up user accounts
* Ability to reset passwords
* Knowledge of access management
* Experience in supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and phones
Responsibilities:
