We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, with a proven track-record of delivering a high-quality recruitment experience within the healthcare sector, to work in our Clinical Services division (Mountain Healthcare and Prometheus).
The primary focus of the role will be driving recruitment activities where you'll source and attract candidates using innovative and creative approaches in this specialised area. You will work with the business to identify future hiring needs and ensure that recruitment is proactive, rather than reactive, encouraging and leading on key business relationships.
The post will be based across our two Head Offices in Stevenage and Birmingham which is where the talent teams are based and where regular visits will be required although the role will predominately be a hybrid role. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, though there will some travel required in order to attend other business locations and recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities:
* A forward-thinking and innovative approach to sourcing suitable candidates, using cutting edge attraction strategies including online employment forums and use of digital channels.
* Developing our employer brands and candidate experience to ensure that we are seen as an employer of choice and attract and retain the best talent.
* Producing job advertisements and other content to attract the best candidates to work for Mountain Healthcare.
* To fully utilise the company recruitment system to support the recruitment journey within both companies and to support other RCI companies with using the system.
* Be the initial escalation point for any issues relating to Recruitment and onboarding.
* To ensure that there is an adequate pipeline of suitably qualified candidates to meet established recruitment requirements and which take account of our growth plans.
* Coaching and assisting hiring managers to ensure best practice recruitment is embedded throughout the business.
* To work with the business to review applications against agreed competencies assessing applicants knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
* Be engaged in creating a Talent Acquisition environment that looks at quality improvement and helps implement best practices.
* Producing reports and information for the SLT to assist with recruitment requirements going forward.

Essential Skills
We are looking for a passionate individual who has the same values as we do and who has the drive, enthusiasm and ambition to help take us forward on this exciting journey.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience:
* In-house or agency recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector.
* Experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV finder or other similar tools.
* Experience of writing offer letters and employment contracts.
* Applicant Tracking System experience.
* Experience of using social media to advertise vacancies and attract talented individuals.
* Previous experience or knowledge of working within Human Resources.
