* £36,000 to £38,000 per annum (DOE) plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
* Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
* Assisting in the creation of innovative and memorable menus
* Preparing and serving dishes to the highest standards in a busy 3 Rosette restaurant
* Training and mentoring new kitchen staff
* Maintaining rigorous food safety and health and safety standards
* Ensuring flawless execution of breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, Sunday lunch, and occasional events such as weddings
