Salary: £23,000 + Uncapped Commission (£45,000-£50,000 OTE)

1. Promotion to Business Development Manager after hitting target for just 6 months, leading to a £30,000 salary.

Role Responsibilities
1. Schedule business meetings with key decision-makers
2. Develop expert knowledge of services and industries
3. Build new business pipeline
4. Nurture client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
1. Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ambitious and driven - hit targets and progress
4. Confident - they want personalities in their office, not robots!!
5. A go-getter who is not afraid to pick up the phone to cold call prospects and book in meetings!
