Sales Executive – Metals
Location: Norfolk
Position: Sales Executive (Internal & External)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Additional Compensation: Uncapped commission scheme, potential £500 - £1500 per month.

The Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives, both internal and external, to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, developing existing accounts, and managing customer relationships. You will be involved in the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to account management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
2. Develop and manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
3. Liaise with various divisions within the business to deliver seamless service to customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development and account management strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in the Metals industry is essential.
2. Strong sales background with a track record of success in new business development and account management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Based locally to our Norwich office and able to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
What We Offer:
1. A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
2. An uncapped commission scheme with the potential to earn an additional £500 - £1500 per month.
