Client Details This is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into the full employee lifecycle and work across all areas of HR. You'll be supported by a collaborative HR team and benefit from hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office). Description What you'll be doing: Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Managing onboarding and offboarding processes Supporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking Assisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process Coordinating training and development initiatives Keeping employee records up to date using the HRIS Supporting key HR projects and process improvements Helping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting Profile What we're looking for: Previous HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment A good working knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels Organised, detail-oriented and a self-starter CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience Job Offer HR Generalist - What's on offer: Salary up to £32,000 (DOE) Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) Based in Leeds City Centre Supportive and collaborative team culture Career development opportunities Central Leeds location with great transport links
