We have an exciting opportunity for a determined person with a positive attitude and a bubbly personality. This is a split role, where the Sales Executive will spend some time developing and growing our existing customer base, but more time generating new business opportunities by prospecting. You will be offering a range of business communication systems including telephone systems, landlines, broadband and vehicle tracking solutions delivered by an award winning and well respected team. The Sales Executive role involves: Identifying new business leads from a mix of your existing contacts and by calling to speak to new, prospective clients and following up on emails sent out by our marketing team in order to build a strong pipeline Managing a portfolio of accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This includes securing renewals, developing new opportunities, promoting growth, testimonials and referrals Booking appointments for our BDM and working with them to propose new solutions and close opportunities with new and existing clients Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals Providing a consultative and innovative sales approach to effectively overcome objections and build strong client relationships Using LinkedIn to you interact with existing and potential customers The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive role should: Have a minimum of 1 year Business to Business (B2B) experience in business development or account management, preferably with a background of both securing their own sales and generating appointments for field sales staff Have knowledge and experience of working in the telecoms industry Be able to listen and question effectively Be self-motivated, focused and target driven Be confident speaking with people over the phone What we’ll offer you: Salary £30,000 per year OTE £40k Generous uncapped commission scheme Access to a great pension scheme with employer contributions Initial and ongoing training and support Great working environment - we're not a call centre Possible part time available Hours based upon Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (No weekends or bank holidays) Paid day off on your birthday Loyalty-based increases in holiday allowance We are a direct network telecoms partner and have been providing local, regional and national businesses with mobile phones, telephone systems, landlines and vehicle tracking products for more than 30 years.
