Working with a predominantly British ex pat community in Malaysia you will highlight the benefits of investing in the UK property market and bonds. Previous experience is not necessary, but an understanding of UK property markets or financial services would be an advantage.
A good understanding of LI sales and sales navigator would also be useful.
All flights and first 3 months accommodation are covered and you will benefit from a generous tax efficient base salary plus commission. Following probation and successful VISA application a generous housing allowance will also be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Utilize various platforms including LinkedIn, data-scraping tools, Google, and social media channels to conduct in-depth research on potential clients. Identify expatriate individuals or groups showing interest in investing in UK properties.
2. Client Identification: Analyse data and trends to identify promising leads within the expat community seeking offshore investment opportunities. Develop a thorough understanding of client demographics, preferences, and investment goals.
3. Outreach Strategy: Devise and implement effective outreach strategies tailored to engage both cold and warm leads. Craft personalized messages and scripts to initiate meaningful conversations and build rapport with potential clients.
4. Communication: Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the company's services and investment opportunities. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of investing in UK properties through the company.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing communication. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
6. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences using CRM systems and other designated tools. Continuously update lead profiles and status to facilitate efficient lead management and conversion tracking.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with company objectives. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and optimize sales strategies.
