As the successful Sous Chef you will: Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and taking the lead with daily specials. To be able to get your creativity flowing an engaging the team is highly desirable.
