The Group Systems Team supports the wider firm through seven key pillars, including Business Engagement and Governance, Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Enterprise Solutions, Cyber Security, and Technology and Operations. Our Service teams deliver end-to-end support for our users, including the Global Service Desk and other support teams.
The Global Service Desk is a first-line response team addressing IT issues for our 4000+ PA colleagues and external clients. Based in the Cambridge office, we support users by phone, email, and in-person, delivering excellent customer service. Individuals receive on-the-job training to resolve common queries and escalate serious issues as needed.
The Service Desk team can be the first step to starting your career at PA. We equip our Service Desk Analysts with the tools and techniques to develop necessary skills for career progression. Team members typically find their specialism within their first two years and may move into other areas, including consulting.
Note: Applicants should be available to work varying shift patterns covering hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (GMT) and a weekend shift on an eight-week rotation.
