What’s involved?
As promising Sous Chef you will assist the Head chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and service. You will oversee the work of the Chef de Parties and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
This is a busy establishment but they aim to give their team a good work/life balance where possible and really look to develop within site. You will also have access to the other sites in the company for any relocation or transfers.
