Job Description
My client, a well-regarded International Law Firm, is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team.
This Learning and Development Manager role is responsible for managing the operational and coordination aspects of L&D within the firm, rather than creating and delivering L&D programmes; however, this is a development opportunity within the role.
Salary approx. £35,000-£42,000.
Key duties include:
1. Managing, scheduling and facilitating various learning programmes (both in the UK and internationally).
2. Looking at process improvement to help drive the function and learning experience forward.
3. Overseeing (but not managing) the L&D budget.
4. Co-ordinating global professional qualifications.
5. Managing stakeholder relationships.
6. Working with 3rd party training providers and internal L&D practitioners.
7. Supervising a L&D Administrator.
The successful candidate for this Learning and Development Manager role will need to have extensive experience of L&D, with the ability to be highly organised and must have experience of working in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
