Training Manager
Salary: £51,229.82 (gross) per annum (if the role is to be based from Head Office London there will be an additional London Weighting payment of £3,650), with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £58,084.17 over the next 3 years.
Location: London Head Office or Remote with regular travel between our London and Newcastle Head Offices

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Training Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and monitoring national and in the field training programmes working with the relevant Training Officers, Head Office staff and Regional Teams. Taking a leading role in producing and overseeing the production of training content for these programmes.
The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of the aims and structures of the Labour Party
* Extensive experience of designing target-led training programmes
* Experience of training content creation including online learning, video, scripting, syllabus creation
* Excellent organisational skills
