Job Role:
As a Sales Executive, reporting to the Framework Director, your objective is to achieve a combination of KPI and revenue-based targets. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include prospect identification, validating the correct decision maker, appointment setting and quality control. Earn what you deserve!! With a £28,000 per annum basic, realistic OTE of £38,000+ and an outstanding UNCAPPED commission structure with regular incentives, you are in control of your own earnings. Opportunity to work within the Middle East office dealing with clients in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the Maldives.
Responsibilities:
* Building rapport and using effective questioning to identify business needs.
* Make contact with leaders/owners/decision making committees of these companies.
* Complete a consultation process where your objective is to understand the company’s need for consultancy support to accelerate their growth through gap analysis.
* Set appointments for our Sales Closers with relevant businesses that have demonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining public sector revenue growth.
* Consolidate the appointment 24 hours prior and ensure all admin and documentation has been received by the client ahead of time to ensure the meeting goes smoothly.
* Working towards individual and team KPI’s such as revenue, and sales conversion.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 2 years outbound (cold calling) experience.
* B2B selling experience.
* Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s, acquiring new business and building customer relationships.
* Work as part of a team.
* Consistent high achiever.
* Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience.
* Be able to demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good IT Skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and a desire to learn new processes.
* Have a keen eye for attention to detail.
