Maintain strict compliance with EHO, COSHH, and HACCP standards, consistently delivering high-quality dishes with excellent taste and presentation. Work comfortably and actively within a small team, contributing to daily specials and bringing expertise across all kitchen sections, especially in larder and pastry. Your experience, qualifications and personality To succeed in this role, prior experience in a gastropub, fresh food restaurant, or 3-4 star hotel is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDP or Senior CDP ready to step up into a Sous Chef position. You’ll need a strong drive and ambition to help build and grow a new kitchen team.
