The Role:
Pure Fitout have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing your own customer database across our portfolio of five divisions.
The role will involve dealing with inbound customer enquiries as well as cultivating and managing your own lead generation process and sales pipeline.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Belfast and will report to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day running of the sales department including reporting on enquiries received, quotes sent out and updating, amending and managing entries to reflect current status.
* Answer inbound enquiries in a timely manner and follow up as relevant.
* Ensure the service provided to current and potential customers is to an extremely high standard.
* Generate your own sales leads through online platforms such as Glenigan and introduce our services via email, telephone and digital meetings. Ensure that our product/service offering is maximised to new and existing customers and that cross-selling is attempted.
* Maintain customer relationship management systems for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted on a regular basis.
* Provide advice and guidance to customers in the correct selection of products or services for projects.
* Process orders received. Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure all orders are delivered on schedule.
* Achieve agreed targets in order to increase revenue.
* Assist with maintenance and further development of the sales and marketing plan, to develop the customer base.
* Contribute towards the continued development of sales/marketing literature.
* Plan and organise on a daily basis to ensure that all calls are properly logged ready for follow up, and that a weekly sales plan with priorities, goals and achievements can then be formulated. Distributing orders to operations.
About You:
* Experience in a sales environment with a keen focus on customer relationships, and an ability to generate and follow up on leads from enquiry to sale.
* Ability to work as part of the wider sales and marketing team but also independently and proactively.
