are passionate about supporting your team + helping others be the best they can be and maintaining high standards
are ready to manage the line, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover + love working with the team, coaching on the go
have an understanding of your kitchen’s food, health and safety standards, understanding financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control + labour costs
