InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join a leading provider of transportation solutions, their clients include both public and private sectors.
This role will be office based, and you will be located at their head office in Erdington.
Duties of the HR Generalist will include:
1. Supporting the HR function in conducting and overlooking recruitment and training compliance
2. Providing an efficient and effective HR support in line with the company standards and company policies and procedures
3. Responsible for maintaining personnel records, routinely updating employee information on the employee matrix
4. Keeping personnel files up to date
5. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
6. Following up on probation reviews
7. Supporting employees and managers with the end-to-end employment journey
8. Ensure all HR compliance is up to date
9. Performing HR audits of files
10. Manage all advertising platforms
11. Leading the recruitment process, and onboarding within the SLAs and targets
12. Issue of offer letters and employment contracts
13. Process leaver information
14. Preparing references
15. Monitor and maintain the HR inbox
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal HR Generalist will have:
1. Level 5 or higher CIPD qualification
2. Experience within a similar role
3. Strong HR administration experience
The salary for the HR Generalist will be £27,000.
Hours of work for the HR Generalist will be 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
