The role of an Account Manager:
1. Manage your own ring-fenced database of clients (no cold calling involved) and build genuine rapport and lasting relationships.
2. Offer a personalised service, understanding their requirements and motivations, and offer high-end gold, silver, and platinum collectors’ items.
