Working to the Head of Sales, you will support delivery of the sales strategy for Hosted by NML to drive new business and encourage repeat business across NML’s portfolio of venues. You will cultivate and grow commercial relationships with existing city-wide partners and take a proactive approach to identifying prospective clients to create new selling opportunities.
You will work with the Head of Sales and colleagues across NML to identify new ways to drive income through the innovative use of NML’s estate, finding creative solutions to ensure events can be delivered.
You will be part of a high-performing sales team focused on delivering results. You will monitor and report on sales performance, working with the Head of Sales and Head of Events Operations to take action to mitigate poor performance.
To be successful in this role you will be a proven salesperson with previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will have delivered successful and tangible results, be super organised, love attention to detail and able to achieve positive results. You will be ambitious for the success of Hosted by NML and will relish seizing new challenges and opportunities, which will lead to maximising income to support the work of NML.
