Hays are recruiting a permanent customer support specialist. This is a permanent role based in Middleton, Manchester - multiple European languages for this role would be advantageous. Hybrid working after 3 months' training.
Your new role
You will maintain and update pricing within the business's operating system, manage daily orders, resolve customer complaints, provide quotes, handle freight and invoices, manage sales orders, manage intercompany orders, and work closely with sales, accounts, production, and shipping.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication skills; an added European language is desirable. You will be personable and organized. Previous experience in customer service or sales administration would be advantageous. You will have strong IT skills and be comfortable using CRM systems.
