Sous Chef Dining Pub 4 day week
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Sous Chef will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a high standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. You will also deputise for the Head Chef in her absence.

* Salary package of up tp £43,000
* £33,000 basic + £8,0000/£10,000 in service
* £5,000 in service per annum
* Working alongside a top chef and established team
* 4 days on 3 days off.

The Person
The Sous Chef will have:
* Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a fresh food environment.
* A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes.
* The confidence to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service.
* Dedication, motivation and positive
* Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
* Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections
* Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
* Ideally live locally or have your own transport.
