We are an award-winning social care provider dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic People team and help us attract top talent for our growing organisation.
What you'll do:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Managers to understand staffing needs
* Generate leads through networking events, industry contacts, and social media
* Utilise ATS & HRIS systems (Dayforce or similar) to maintain accurate records
* Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other lead-generation activities
* Analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and report outcomes
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3+ years’ recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
* Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it
* Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment software (Dayforce or similar)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
