Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician
Location: Exeter (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
Salary: up to £40,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to technical issues.
Provide clear and concise support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to software improvements.Key Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
2 years+ experience offering technical support, ideally within a software company
A good understanding of software applications, systems, and networks.
