Job Title: Information Security & Privacy Training Manager

Develop and implement a strategic training and awareness program that measurably enhances security culture across the firm.
Manage phishing simulations, deliver innovative training sessions, and collaborate with executive teams worldwide.
Work in a hybrid environment, blending remote work with office days in London or Birmingham, as part of a team committed to excellence, innovation, and responsible business practices.
Responsibilities:
Own, develop, and mature a global information security and privacy training and awareness program.
Review, enhance, and create training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention across the organization.
Manage the firm’s phishing simulation testing program and collaborate with third-party training providers.
Conduct in-person and virtual training for executive audiences and facilitate workshops.
Monitor the success of training programs, define measurable goals, and develop metrics to showcase impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with relevant cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, policies, and regulations.
Skills/Must Have:
At least five years of experience delivering, developing, and managing training programs, with at least three years in cybersecurity/privacy.
Expertise in effectively communicating with technical and non-technical roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable goals.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
