Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and working to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including
cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Arrange and attend meetings, and industry events, to promote the company.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in Stationary, Industrial/ Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• A valid [driver’s license, if applicable] and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in sales B2b & B2c 3/5 years, preferably within Stationery/ Industrial/Manufacturing sectors.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
Weekly Hours of work
38 hours - Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Fridays 8.30pm to 3pm
