Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity with High End Production Kitchen - 4 Straight Shifts per week
Sous Chef. A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sous Chef to work in our clients high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing high end meals and wholesale, restaurant/cafe and retail customers. You will use locally grown seasonal ingredients to prepare meals with all fresh ingredients. The role is 4 days as week with 4 12 hour shifts typically 10-10 so 3 days off per week. The client is looking for an experienced and talented chef to replace a long standing sous who is moving on.
Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role
• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Preparing high end meals in production kitchen
• Strong Management skills
• Mature focus and outlook
The Person
• You will already be at Sous Chef level
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
• Good attention to detail
