Network IT is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join our client on a 6-month initial contract, which is Inside IR35. Based in Norwich, you will be expected to work On-Site 5 days per week. You will be reporting to the IM&T Service Desk Specialist/Team Manager, providing ‘first line’ technical support to the Trust's IT users, located across all sites.

Rate: £15.33 per hour (Band 5)
Duration: 6 months with potential extensions
Location: Norwich (On-Site)

Essential Skillset
* Diploma Certificate in IT or equivalent knowledge/experience
* Minimum 2 years in IT support experience
* Intermediate working knowledge of MS Windows
* Intermediate working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
* Intermediate working knowledge of PC architecture
* Intermediate knowledge of backup software and remote access software applications
* Ability to travel between sites (full driving licence/own car)
